We are an insurance broker which means we are essentially the intermediary between the customer and the insurance product provider.
Our job is to match the customer with the product that best suits them, both in terms of features and benefits, and price. To do this, we need to search the insurer market for these products and arrive at a commercial arrangement to be able to offer them to our customers via our many distribution methods.
There are many insurers that offer these products so the key is to partner with as many as possible so that we can cater for the whole of the market without too much duplication. For example, we wouldn’t want to only have 3 insurers that all offer the exact same thing, we would want to ensure that our products are varied enough so that everyone can get a product that suits them. This reduces waste in marketing spend and of course, helps us to build our customer base.
