License Types:
- Full UK Licence - usually able to drive all vehicles with 4 wheels up to 3.5tons.
- Provisional Licence - will need an adult with a full UK licence to accompany them whilst driving. This type of licence is what learner drivers have.
- Automatic Licence - Will only allow the client to driver vehicles with 4 wheels up to 3.5ton with an automatic transmission.
- EU Licence - Is gained when a customer obtains licence in the Eurpoean union. On occasions if a customer swaps from an EU licence to a full UK they will honor the original past date. This has however changed since leaving the EU and stipulations mean most clients will need to re-take a UK driving test.
- International Licence - Applies to drivers who have a licence from outside of the EU or UK. Can drive in the UK for up to, 12 months before having to move to a provisional drivers licence and sitting a UK driving test.
