Q. Who are TradePoint? Why would I need a discount at TradePoint?

A. TradePoint are the trade-only arm of B&Q. They’re open when others aren't, seven days a week, early 'til late, including bank holidays. They supply products and services for every project, all under one roof at around 300 locations nationwide. Their range covers building, decorating, electrical, plumbing, tools, hardware, landscaping, timber, joinery, safety, workwear and much more.

Q. I already have an account with TradePoint

A. Great – we’ve negotiated a special deal with them where you get the 10% discount, regardless of how much you’ve previously spent in-store. When we share your details with them, they’ll update your existing membership with the new discount meaning you can start saving without any minimum spend requirements, and without needing a new card. Just give them 48 hours to update your account.

Q. What information do you share with TradePoint?

A. We’ll securely share with them your customer reference, name, company name, address, and email address.

Q. How does it all work?

A. Once we’ve shared your details, TradePoint will set you up with a new account. Within a couple of days, they’ll advise of your new membership number (which we’ll email over to you) meaning you can start saving online straight away. Your physical card will be posted to you a couple of weeks’ later meaning you can save in-store too.
