Leaving notes is an essential part of the quotation process, this will allow other agents to have an understanding of the quote, and will also help you save information for a later date eg. License numbers
How do I leave notes?
Leaving notes is easy!
At any stage on the quote form, there will always be a notepad icon in blue, to the top right of your screen. Once here simply click the notepad icon:
This screen will then appear, all you need to do is leave your notes and click the send icon on the right hand side!
